SMS nonwovens ( Spunbond + Meltblown + Spunbond Nonwovens) is a composite non-woven fabric,which is a spunbond and meltblowing composite products, with high strength, good filter performance, without adhesive, non-toxic and so on. At present it mainly for medical and health labor protection products such as surgical clothing, surgical caps, protective clothing, hand washing, handbags and so on. Non toxic and tasteless, highly effective bacteria isolation. Through the special treatment of equipment, it can achieve the performance of anti-static, anti alcohol, anti plasma, water repellent and water production.
1. Water pumping and air permeability: polypropylene chips do not absorb water, have zero moisture content, and the finished product has good water pumping performance. It is composed of 100% fiber with porosity, good air permeability, easy to keep the cloth dry and easy to wash.
2. Non toxic and non irritant: the product is produced with FDA food grade raw materials, free of other chemical ingredients, stable performance, non-toxic, non odor and non irritant to the skin.
5. Antibacterial and anti chemical agents: polypropylene is a kind of chemical blunt substance, which is not moth eaten, and can be isolated from the corrosion of bacteria and insects in the liquid; antibacterial, alkali corrosion and finished products do not affect the strength due to corrosion.
3. Soft: it is composed of fine fiber (2-3D) and formed by light spot hot-melt bonding. The finished product is soft and comfortable.
4. Good physical properties: The strength of the product is better than that of the general staple fiber product. The strength of the product is not directional, and the vertical and horizontal strength are similar.
5. Antibacterial: The product has the property of pulling water, no mildew, and can isolate the bacteria and insects in the liquid, no mildew and moth.
6. Light: polypropylene resin is the main raw material for production, with a proportion of only 0.9, only three fifths of cotton, which is fluffy and feels good.
